Hello we are having a mini Blog Blitz , sharing some of the new dies from Poppystamps ! Time to win a prize just by leaving a comment.
This is a simple card design using the new Poppy die "Tall Fluffy Snow Tree" .. This die cuts each layer separately, you can use as many layers as you like, I used them as they cut, but you could have smaller trees by leaving the large bottom cuts of your design.
These trees I cut in brown card, shaded through while still in the die with soft brown ink, removed and using a glue pen over the shaded area, next sprinkled fine glitter.
Foam sticky tape each cut to add dimension. I added white micro beads and Stickles Xmas red glitter after the card was finished.
Hexagon shape cut with Poppystamps Stitched Hexagon Layer dies! Foam tape on reverse of white card adhered to a 6x6 card blank.
Red glitter card for the Bow & String die, adhered across the card, cut another bow for dimension.
Stamp sentiment in red ink.
If you would like a chance to win this... Tall Fluffy Snow Tree die all you have to do is leave a comment.
The blog blitz runs from September 21 - October 3, 2016. We'll be giving away a prize on every post during this time. Most days we'll have 2 posts so check back often!
To enter to win you need to leave a comment on EACH of the posts that you wish to enter. One person will be chosen at random from each of the posts during the blog blitz.

Love how you put the micro beads on the trees! I love that tree die!

You really make those three colors work, Pam. It takes a lot of looking to appreciate all the little touches on this "simple" card.
It looks like your rear tree is smaller, but with the same number of layers, so I'm guessing you put each layer tighter to the one below. (Does that make sense?) This die is terrific, and with all the embellishments on the trees, you have fabulously shown them at their best. Thank you!
