Christmas tree

Welcome in my second inspiration today.

Every designer nightmare - make Christmas cards in July few days before summer holidays. I was expecting that it will be easy ... but result is actually really nice.

I decided to make card with use of 1620 We Wish You a Merry Christmas craft die.  White card background (green) is again my favourite water paint. It gives you a possibility to avoid plain green color. The star and ball is obviously cut out from the same die. And to add some more Christmas feeling to it I added a white twine with  that nice looking crystal.

Cards are technically more less the same - the only difference is that brown one have snow made with white paint splahes and on white one I used texture paste, glitter and stencils.

Great Christmas cards! I love that die, and love that it says "we" instead of "I"!!

Love this little die and love the backgrounds you did on them both!

Cute cards! Love how this could be any color combo. I love the white on kraft.

Great cards, this is a fun die.

Super cards. Love the die. xx

What a fabulous die for a card you could make in larger quantities. I really like the two backgrounds you used. The splattering of white ink or paint on a kraft paper is a look I'm really taking a shine to.
The finishing touch of white twine and crystal add so much without stealing the thunder of the fabulous die image.
Thanks for sharing, and I hope you have wonderful weather for your summer vacation.

What beautiful cards you made with a seemingly simple process, something even I think I could do!

Looks like this die would create very quick cards...a bonus for a busy season.
Thanks for sharing.

Your Christmas sentiment/tree cards are gorgeous, especially in the 'long and lean' style you've chosen to showcase them. Sooooo pretty!

I love these cards, what a great die. I esp. love the kraft cardstock one.

I love this die, and your cards are adorable!

Love these beautiful CAS cards!

This is such a great die! I love the size of the cards too!

This is so much fun! Love your mix of colors!

Not sure which one I like the best. Nice and simple and boom, you have 2 great cards.

Two pretty versions of this card! I love the die! Looks like one that could be used very simply, or you could dress it up with extras for a more detailed card. Very versatile!

Beautiful cards, I especially like the white and green. How did you do the snowflakes on it? Is it embossed? This die has so many possibilities, the words could be used alone, not in the tree shape. I also like that it says We, and not I. Lots of fun creative play with the star and the ornament. I like the diecut panel on the front of the card also.

Great Christmas Cards, this die would be great for making multiple cards. Nice and easy.

Beautiful cards Ilona. This new merry Christmas die in the shape of a tree is wonderful!

Such a super die - love your creations. The colors are so different, but each card is so very pretty !!

What a lovely die, so useful!

No matter how early I think of getting ready for Christmas, I'm always late! Thanks for the inspiration.
