BLOG BLITZ - Welcome Little One
by Zuzana Obert

Good morning! We have beautiful but freezing cold morning here in UK. To warm you little bit up I have a very sweet card for you today.

Our new spring release has the most cute baby dies! I'm going to introduce you a Hip Little One craft die today.

Welcome Little One PS

First I painted water colour paper  with pink paint and die cut using Open Studio Pinpoint Rectangle Layers. Then I played with Memory Box Stars Starry Nights designer stencil and drew some white stars with gel pen on the vellum.

Welcome Little One PS detail

Stitched the vellum and pink panel on the card base and wrapped with twine around. Die cut sentiment using new Poppystamps Hip Little One die from white foam and

coloured in Poppystamps Small Elephant with yellow pencils. Added some pearl dots to finish.

Don't forget that you can win Blog Blitz Hip Little One craft die today, just leave the comment under my post. The lucky winner will be announced on April 30th.

Good Luck and Happy Crafting! Hugs,

ƚliczna delikatna karteczka :)

What a lovely way to use the small elephant die without it getting 'lost' in the design. Love it! Very cute... and a technique for me to remember :)

Lovely elephant. lovely card

Hi Zuzana, I love your watercolouring background and loving your starry vellum with the stitch detail, and the oh so cute elephant, and the white foam sentiment looks fabulous. I love this 'New Baby'card, very pretty.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

What a beautiful baby card! The little elephant is so cute!

Beautiful baby card, love your design! And the welcome little one die set is too cute! Such a lovely font - great addition to any baby creation!

delightful card..love how you used the dies and how you chose your colors...great inspiration..

So pretty and I love the sentiment, I am only just getting into dies only bought my first ones around UK mother's day when my son gave me some moneyand suggested I tried some different dies so as yet I have only used them on paper and card and am a little wary that they will cut thicker things like felt and foam as I did try a thicker card (actually a card disposable place setting mat) and the dies had trouble cutting through them even with several runs through my machine and some mirri card takes several runs and still some bits need a little scissor help. Is there anything I should be doing to get a better cut please.

Sorry back to your card, love the soft pinks and a great way to attach velum, thanks for sharing, hope you still have sunshine we just had hail in our neck of the woods but sunny again now.

Que tarjeta tan tierna, los colores son un encanto!
