Birthday Happy!

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you're having a fabulous day!  If you're looking for the Blog Blitz Winners, the list will be posted this afternoon at 3 pm US EST.  Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made featuring several of the new dies!   My favorite from the new release are the Main Street Tags.  I love tags and think they look fabulous on cards as well as a base for layering.

I started with a background I embossed with the Majestra Background die.   The design is so intricate and it's beautiful when you die cut it or  simply emboss like I did.   I added a little Glossy Accents to the cake layers and sprinkled on some glitter (sugar)!
The Cake Frosting Bags are a fun way to make sentiments look like they were just piped  - if only I could write this pretty with real frosting!   The sentiment is from the Vintage Happy Thanksgiving die.  You'll be using this die all year just for the pretty  "Happy" die in the set.

By adhering the tag with adhesive foam tape I was able to add dimension so I could slip some gems under the tag to add interest.  Don't you love the little flower eyelet from the Stitched Annaleigh Tag Decorations?   They really dress up the tag!
The Party Balloons and Cake work beautifully with the Stitched Cake Plate Die.  There are two size cake plates in the set so you can customize them for your projects!
One more picture so you can see everything at one time!
Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you have a great day and find a little time to make something beautiful today!

Floral Lattice

I am addicted to lattices and love to use them on my cards so I just couldn't pass by the beautiful Mod Flower Background die. I have chosen cool grays and blues for this card as the hot summer makes me long for something icy and refreshing.

Please scroll down for the step by step VIDEO TUTORIAL on this card.

Have a wonderful day and happy crafting!

Snowy Merry Christmas.

Hi everyone Pam here..

Quick Christmas card.. think we all need some of these don't you!  7"x 6".

Starting with the base card I layered white and soft green card a touch smaller , till the main top piece, four times in all.

Distressed Benson Corner, used top left main card.

This piece I ran ribbon around near the bottom.

Bottom right on top of ribbon I placed "Open Studio"  Pinpoint Rectangles Layers.

Onto this Snowy Merry Christmas, I used  White pigment ink pen to create white snow, then  iridescent glamour dust..

Placed Noel snowflake top right and ribbon bow with a few red berries .

added a few dots of iridescent stickles..

Thank you for calling by.. Pam x.

Hang In There

Hang In There

It seems I'm always needing a little something to send to a friend who is a bit under the weather.  When Poppystamps introduced these cute little critter stamps, I thought the Squirrel would be perfect.

I love white on white, with a pop of color.  I left the inside blank so I could add a little note of encouragement.  Another card that's perfect to have on hand.

A little update:  Taylor and I are having a wonderful time.  We are now more than halfway through our vacation.  Our New Zealand friends are making our vacation perfect and we are so glad we were able to add them to our vacation plans.  Soon we'll be back in the states and the heat of summer.  Taylor will be heading off to college and I'll be getting back in the swing of as my husband calls it.....Normal living!

It was sad to leave my son, his wife and the friends we met while visiting.  It was most sad to leave the grandkids.  They grow so fast.  I'm looking forward to them visiting us in the States.

Until next time.....Happy Crafting!

Buckingham Palace Visit

Hello it's Zuzana here today. I hope that you all enjoying your summer holidays. We visited a very special place yesterday!  We went to Buckingham Palace for a tour and had a privilege to see her Majesty's State Rooms and Gardens. Oh, so many beautiful rooms  with so many inspirations! I felt like a princess from fairy tale!

Here is my card for you :

Celebrate PS

Using pink and blue colour combination and new Poppystamps dies.

Celebrate detail PS

First I made my stencil background. Using white acrylic paint on pink cardtock. Then I die cut blue crown using Poppystamps Regal Crowns Die.

Celebrate detail 1 PS

I went for the elegant sentiment and die cut Fancy Celebrate from kraft cardstock. Dome Tags were absolutely brilliant for matting. Finally I tied the knot matted my pink background panel with light blue cardstock and fix it on the kraft base card.

Have a beautiful summer days. Sending hugs!
