Today was an unusually warm and sunny February day in Seattle - that calls for a flowery card in pretty Spring colors like Aloe, Thistle, Wisteria and Violet. It's hard to imagine creating a card without Poppystamps and Memory Box dies - it's even better when you can combine them because Dave's designed them to complement each other.
For example - featured here are Poppystamps' Lorelai Leaf 839, Lorelai Leaf Outline 840 and Tall Vase 864. The delicate, slender flowers are Memory Box Hollyhock Stem 98512 and Forget Me Not Stem 98456. Use the Memory Box Metal Adapter Plate with the other plates used for thin metal dies - and your delicate designs will cut perfectly.
Mint and Iris - two new ColorBox Limited Edition Chalk Inkpad colors - are great with these Memory Box papers too.
Big thanks to everyone who took the recent Valentine and early spring classes at Impress - hope you enjoyed the classes and love layering the diecuts, stamped images and papers as much as I did. CARD COUTURE and FRESH+SPRINGY classes begin in March - look forward to seeing you soon!
