just a note

Edit: So sorry that I forgot to put the photo on.

Hello, all! I have a card made using both sakura and tiny sakura to share with you today.

  PoppySakuraJustANoteS

This wasn't what I planned to make, but when I got to this point of the process I really liked how it looked. I then decided to stop here and saved my original idea for another card. I stamped the sakura and tiny sakura images on the rustic cream cardstock and kraft card base with Rich Cocoa Memento ink. I then colored the ones on the rustic cream cardstock with Copic markers. The sentiment just a note (B851) is from Memory Box.

Hi all! Here is a card that I made using the beautiful wave background and outline kimono.

PoppyWaveKimono

I stamped the wave background on a piece of watercolor paper then colored it with broken china distress ink and a water brush. The outline kimono was stamped on a piece of washi paper. I matted the washi paper with cardstock before I cut the kimono out for stability. The sentiment Thank You script (B832) is from Memory Box.

happy spring

Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing well. I have a card made using the adorable petunia petals to share with you today.

PoppyPetuniaPetalSpringS

She is so sweet and is perfect for springy cards. I think we all long for sunny days after the harsh winter, so hope this one cheers you up a little. =) I colored petunia petals with Copic markers and inked the sky with wild honey distress ink very lightly when the paper was still in the die. The patterned paper is from the Sprout collection by Memory Box and the Happy Spring (B1225) sentiment is from Memory Box as  well.
